Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable regarding all spa/salon services, amenities, spa protocols, and retail with the ability to explain them to guests.
• Must complete all training courses as specified by management.
• Must input guest information, requests and spa and salon appointments accurately into the spa booking system.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and team members.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Book all spa and salon appointments accurately.
• Call guests daily to confirm appointments.
• Keep the spa reception area clean and organized.
• Answer all phone inquiries according to standards.
