Job summary

Qualifications

• CAMTC certification required.
• Minimum 2 years massage experience; resort spa experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living and promoting values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide exceptional guest service at all times, including in locker room and surrounding areas.
• Perform massage and body treatments according to department standards.
• Maintain knowledge of massage products and actively promote and sell them.
• Keep treatment rooms clean and organized.
• Communicate service steps to guests during treatments.
• Ensure information provided about treatment type is accurate.
• Complete all required training courses as specified by management.
• Complete opening and closing duties per department processes.
• Restock spa products in treatment rooms and stock treatments with required lines.
