Qualifications

• Knowledge of lodging system application.

Responsibilities

• Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.
• Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
• Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
• Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and surrounding area.
• Answers guest questions and provides directions.
• Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
• Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
• Activates emergency procedures when needed.
• Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
• Promptly answers the phone and directs calls.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
