Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of Cloud Beds hotel management software preferred.
• Ability to operate hotel management software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Perform night audits and issue room keys.
• Answer telephone and guest inquiries about services, directions and local information.
• Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts; operate front desk software.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage reservations.
• Provide high-quality guest relations and resolve complaints per policy.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and safety.
