Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! You’ll visit multiple Colorado stores, follow merchandising principles, and report insights via Salesforce. This role offers a flexible schedule and a hands-on, in-store impact.

You should be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Retail experience is a plus and mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Longmont, CO; secondary locations Erie/Boulder/Broomfield.
• Schedule up to five days per week; starts as early as 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks as needed.
