Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more in Denver-area stores.

The role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, representing the Mondelēz brands with energy and professionalism. You will work with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine, with responsibilities spanning merchandising,

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access military facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with insurance to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally more.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Denver, CO.
• Secondary locations: Lakewood, Englewood, Wheat Ridge, CO.
• Schedule up to five days per week including weekends; starts by 6 am, ~25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering strong customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physical merchandising role.
