Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Longmont, Erie, Boulder and surrounding CO stores. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit and other brands are displayed and ready for shoppers.

You’ll operate with a flexible schedule, travel to multiple store locations, and use Salesforce to share store-level insights.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with planned RTM initiatives.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce to RTM and retail teams.
• Stay safe and compliant, performing physical tasks involved in moving products.
