Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Denver-area stores. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and other brands are displayed and ready for shoppers.

This role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on impact. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a valid REAL ID or federal ID, and able to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Ability to perform physical work: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs; fast-paced environment.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company; deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks as required.
