Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and to meet physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and carrying
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles from Aurora, CO; secondary locations Centennial, CO
• Schedule: five days per week including possible weekend and holiday; Start by 06:00 AM, 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving products
