Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure our brands shine across stores with a flexible 20-hour week schedule starting at 8 am.

You should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Mileage is reimbursed, and merchandising experiences are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Omaha, NE (Papillion location).
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; 20 hrs per week; starts 8 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with RTM for efficient coverage across stores.
