Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Denver-area stores, bringing iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life.

You will partner with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure in-store execution, rotate products, follow merchandising principles, and provide friendly customer service while lifting up to 25 lbs and working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid REAL ID or U.S. passport or federal ID to access facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving product.
