Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Oregon to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. The role offers a flexible schedule and a hands-on impact, representing the company with energy and professionalism across assigned stores.

You will work with the RTM to ensure our iconic brands are visible and ready to delight shoppers, while adhering to merchandising principles and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of primary location (McMinnville, OR) and be willing to travel to Wilsonville, OR area.
• Schedule requires Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun with 6:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow RTM daily schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility events.
• communicated store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant while performing physical merchandising tasks.
