Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more. You’ll work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are displayed and ready to shine across assigned stores.

The role offers a flexible schedule with an emphasis on in-store execution and customer-facing service. Requires mobility, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs; prior retail

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with insurance to various store locations.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move products; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Merrillville, IN; secondary Portage, IN.
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Saturday; 15–20 hours/week; Start 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves and rotate products; maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks required by the role.
