Mondelēz International seeks a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work across multiple local stores, maintain brand standards, and provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, physical activity, and strong collaboration with RTMs. Valid Maine driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or GED can be earned while training.
• 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute merchandising standards and capture display photos per DSD Merchandising Principles and DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce to RTM and retail teams.
• Stay physically active, lifting and moving products as needed.
