Mondelēz International in the United States is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will visit stores, follow DSD Merchandising Principles, and work with store teams to ensure products are well presented and shopper-ready.

The role emphasizes a flexible schedule, strong customer service, and physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs (often more).

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional more.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Seattle, WA).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering strong customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves and rotate products while maintaining brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and adhere to negotiated plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage across stores.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products as needed.
