Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistance), and a flexible schedule including weekends.

You’ll work with the RTM to ensure our brands shine in local stores. Primary location is El Centro, CA with secondary coverage in Brawley, CA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license issued by the state you reside in
• Live within 25 miles from primary location: El Centro, CA; secondary: Brawley, CA
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Able to start at 6:00 AM and work weekends/holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores
• Build and maintain displays and support seasonal launches
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture display photos
• Communicate insights or issues to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Support promos and high-visibility merchandising events
• Drive a personal vehicle to multiple locations; mileage reimbursed
