You will evaluate swallowing and communication disorders, set goals, and provide private, one-on-one therapy sessions within a supportive senior living environment. Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as an SLP or ability to obtain before start date.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs from a full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
