Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services in Parma, Ohio, is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a joyful, purpose-driven team dedicated to helping senior patients live their best lives.

You will evaluate swallowing and communication disorders, develop goals, implement therapy programs, and provide one-on-one sessions in a coordinated care setting. A Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, plus comprehensive benefits and licensure reimbursement, are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP license or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication deficits using evidence-based techniques.
• Set treatment goals and implement therapy programs after full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Deliver one-on-one sessions with a functional-based approach.
