Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on seniors’ lives. You will evaluate swallowing and communication disorders, establish goals, and deliver personalized therapy within a collaborative care model.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, a competitive pay range, and a robust benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain before start).
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement treatment programs based on clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, functional-based therapy.
