Lone Tree Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. The role offers a competitive rate of $67 per hour and a supportive environment focused on individualized patient care.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; developing treatment plans; and providing skilled therapy while coordinating with nursing and interdisciplinary staff.

Qualificações

• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled speech-language therapy based on residents’ needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
