Westwood Post Acute is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN shifts to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide evaluations and treatments to residents, focusing on communication and swallowing needs.

We offer a competitive rate of $50–$55 per hour. Qualifications include an active CO SLP license and dysphagia experience; post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to work as an SLP in CO.
• Dysphagia experience required.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology services to residents within an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Support assessments and treatments for swallowing and communication disorders.
