Job summary

Skin Laundry is seeking a Senior Sales Associate in New York to deliver curated client experiences, promote personalized facials and Skin Laundry products, and educate clients on skincare protocols. You will coordinate appointments and strive to convert new clients while upholding Skin Laundry’s mission and values.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a passion for skincare in a fast-paced retail setting at our NYC clinic.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably skincare/aesthetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash handling and opening/closing.
• Supervisory experience coaching others to hit targets is desirable.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software; Zenoti is a plus.
