Skin Laundry in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Sales Associate to support clinic operations and lead by example on the sales floor. You will drive daily sales and conversion, educate clients on products, memberships and treatments, and help retain loyalty programs.

The role involves opening/closing, register reconciliation, inventory and merchandising, coaching peers, and onboarding new team members. This full-time, non-exempt position requires 1–2 years in retail or service, strong skincare

Formación

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail, hospitality or service experience; skincare or aesthetics experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of retail operations, POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software.
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and interest in skincare.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
