Famous Footwear in Aurora, OH is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering memorable customer experiences. You’ll create a welcoming environment, help customers find the perfect fit, and contribute to a positive store culture where the Famous Feeling shines daily.

You’ll handle in-store tasks like pricing, shipments, inventory, and maintaining an organized sales floor. A high school diploma is preferred; strong communication and teamwork matter.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities
