Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming in-store experience, help customers find the perfect fit, and share knowledge about brands and trends. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, stay informed about products, and embody the Famous Feeling for every guest who visits.

In this role you’ll handle daily store tasks, support pricing and inventory, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
