Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate in Mentor, OH. You will create an inviting in-store experience, assist customers with shoe selections, and help maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor.

You’ll stay informed on latest trends and share that knowledge to drive engagement and loyalty among customers. As part of a team, you’ll participate in inventory tasks, pricing, and shipments while promoting the Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with colleagues at all levels.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running.
