Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff in absence of manager.
• Direct and follow up on all store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure store presentation and merchandising are up to standard.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory; reset departments following plans.
