The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and daily operations, with a focus on answering questions, resolving issues, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate displays while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute displays, signs and inventory according to weekly, promotional and seasonal needs.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
