Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Michigan is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and performance while strengthening customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you lead store staff to complete opening/closing procedures and maintain smooth operations.

You will handle customer questions, complaints, and help create a positive shopping experience, while ensuring confidentiality and merchandise presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures when managers are unavailable.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories; ensure proper signage and seasonal resets.
