Job summary

CVS Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing daily operations and building customer loyalty through excellent service.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and uphold CVS customer service standards while maintaining confidentiality and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and support store management to drive execution.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to relay updates and issues.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote service culture.
• Greet, help and thank customers; resolve customer relations issues per policy.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory for promotions and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following plans of merchandising (POGs) and signage.
