Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store leadership and ensure daily operations run smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead the store team in the absence of a manager, supervise staff, and help execute opening and closing procedures with integrity.

In this role, you will assist customers, maintain retail displays, price merchandise, and ensure confidentiality and quality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew and coordinate activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and promotions per planogram
