Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers aren’t onsite, you’ll lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a smooth, welcoming environment for shoppers.

You will work closely with management to supervise crews, resolve customer questions, and maintain merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly/promotional schedules.
• Manage department resets following planograms (POGs).
