CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving performance and delivering excellent customer service. In absence of a manager, you will lead the store crew, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and effective communication with management and staff, with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and issues.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
