Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor in Florida to support the Store Management team and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role leads staff in the absence of a manager, supervises daily tasks, and helps with merchandising, pricing and stock while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policy.

Anticipated weekly hours are around 20, with pay range $16.00–$23.00 per hour, and eligibility for benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.
• Price, stock, display and reset merchandise per planograms and promotions.
