CVS Health in Florida is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. This part-time role requires leadership during openings and closings and a commitment to a high standard of care for customers and patients.

The position offers a base pay of $17.00–$26.00 per hour, 24 hours per week, and access to comprehensive benefits for eligible colleagues. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
