Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Florida. You will support the CVS Store Management team in executing store operations, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service to build loyalty and a positive shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior retail supervision experience recommended.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer literacy required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Part-time role with a 24 hour weekly expectation; HS diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and coordinate daily activities in collaboration with store management.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints per policy while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions including seasonal changes.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure inventory accuracy.
