Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed smoothly.

In this role you’ll supervise tasks, communicate with management and crews, assist customers, stock shelves, price merchandise and ensure confidentiality. The position offers a competitive pay range and benefits for part-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers or supervisors are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise activities, communicate with management and crews, and maintain customer service standards.
• Assist customers, stock shelves, price merchandise and manage displays.
