CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to join our store team. You will support store management, supervise crew activities, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires handling customer questions, managing merchandise presentation, and maintaining confidentiality. The position emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and flexibility to cover early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventory according to planograms.
