Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in delivering strong customer service, store execution and performance. When managers are not onsite, you lead the crew, supervise tasks, and help ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will assist customers, maintain confidentiality, and oversee merchandising to create a positive shopping experience. This role offers a flexible schedule and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
