Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service, store execution and daily operations. When managers are away, you lead staff, oversee opening and closing tasks and help maintain a safe, friendly shopping environment.

This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and collaborate with store management and crews; supervise activities and communicate effectively with teams.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, address questions and resolve issues while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, set up displays, and manage weekly and seasonal promotions and planogram compliance.
