Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions and problems, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per planograms.
