Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy team. You will support the Store Management in executing store tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth operations during openings and closings. Emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends. 29 hours weekly; pay range $17.92–$26.92 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews in opening/closing procedures and daily tasks when manager is unavailable.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
