Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and exceptional customer service. The role ensures opening/closing procedures are completed when managers are unavailable and leads the staff to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, and experience supervising a retail team.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff and operations; lead with store management.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
