Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to help lead the store team in Huntington, WV. You will drive store execution, support management, and enhance customer loyalty through excellent service.

You’ll supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, handle customer questions, stock and merchandise, and maintain confidentiality while promoting a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking required.
• Strong communication and supervision capabilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in collaboration with store management.
• Supervise the store crew and direct activities to ensure execution.
• Communicate with management and crew effectively.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints.
• Foster CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Merchandise and price merchandise; stock shelves.
• Execute displays and seasonal promotions; manage inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
