CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service.

When there is no manager on site, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth store operations. This role requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and issues.
• Assist with merchandising, price items, stock shelves and manage displays.
