Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth operations. This role leads the staff when a manager is not onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed efficiently.

The position emphasizes effective communication, merchandising, and responsiveness to customer inquiries, with a focus on maintaining a positive shopping experience and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, with potential overtime and urgent-issue response.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff when managers are not onsite, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers and handle questions, problems, and complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, signage, and weekly/promotional inventories.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and support merchandise presentation.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure accurate inventory.
