Responsibilities

• Lead the store crew when managers are not onsite, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure merchandise presentation, pricing and stock control.
• Execute displays, signage, inventory, and department resets according to planograms.
