Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and maintain displays and signage.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
