Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role involves supervising the crew, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining merchandise while upholding CVS customer service standards. Anticipated weekly hours are 25.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager/Operations Supervisor is not on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on all activities and communicate with store management and crews.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
