Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence in Ohio. When no manager is onsite, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, maintaining a smooth operation.

You will supervise crews, interact with customers, and uphold CVS policies while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve issues in line with CVS policy and service standards.
• Price, stock, and display merchandise; maintain weekly, promotional, and seasonal layouts.
